Botanica Konstanja

Botanica Konstanja is a Polish-Israeli developer company that built a cottage village near Warsaw. Our branding agency was hired to create a logo, corporate identity design, and sales book that would reflect the eco-friendly, premium, and informative nature of the project.

To convey the proximity of the forest and the city, we used a color palette that mimicked the natural surroundings, and expensive matte embossed paper to create a premium feel. We also made sure that the branding was eco-friendly and reflected the values of the development.

In addition to the branding elements, we created a 40-page sales book that showcased the emotional benefits of buying a house in this particular place, and provided detailed architectural drawings of the project. The book had a clear and logical structure, with a selling text that highlighted the unique features and amenities of the development.
